5.2 The leaflet design of our choosen charity E.A.C.H.

Tuesday, 19 October 2010, this below is the leaflet to show the campaign about E.A.C.H. which is a charity, Nina Vicky, Jasmine,Kadiee and myself (Lauren) are working with.

Here below is Vicky,Kadiee,Nina,Jasmine, and my logo. Which I and Jasmine had made during one of our campaign/blogging lessons.
 

 

This logo is good as we have choosen to use quite calm colours. To our group we thought this logo looked quite child friendly.

Quidenham Wymondham children’s Hospice.

What the charity does to help –

    They support children and their families with the challenges that having a life-threatening condition can often bring. Services may be provided in the family home, the community or the hospice.

The range of services includes:

♥ Dare care in the family home or hospice, or both.

♥ overnight breaks in the hospice.

♥ Support for parents, siblings, grandparents and others close to the child.

♥ 24 hour telephone support and advice.

♥ Therapies – music, physio, occupational and specialist play.

♥ Family information service.

♥ End of life care in the family home or the hospice depending on the family preference.

♥ Annual memory days and ongoing support for bereaved families.

Where the Hospices are-

Each (Quidenham) charity has many children’s hospice and care services in family homes throughout Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and North Essex. Which is great as everybody can get help anywhere in different areas.
